REMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILLS
Abstract
The results of the study of the ecological state of the territory on which the landfill of municipal solid waste (village Gorenka Kyiv region). On the basis of remote sensing data (Landsat, Quick Bird) found areas of pollution harmful compounds. It has been established that operate the landfill with a gross violation of the state sanitary rules and norms. The history of the origin and development of the landfill. Developed by the basic methods of remote monitoring of the areas which location landfill.
