MONITORING OF THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF “HEAT ISLAND” IN KIEV

Abstract

For urban areas characterized by the formation of so-called “heat islands” associated with a difference in surface temperature between the center of the city and its periphery. The analysis of spatial data allows to differentiate urban thermal field and identify the problem, from an environmental point of view, land on the city map.
